Halloween Themed Peanut Butter Cookies

With the delicious taste of peanut butter and the additional Halloween candy of your choice, this

delicious treat is sure to get you into the Halloween spirit!

Ingredients (makes 20 cookies):

- 1 cup of peanut butter

- 1 cup of white sugar

- 1⁄2 a cup of flour

- 1 egg

-1 teaspoon of baking soda

- chocolate candy of your choice (I used peanut butter m&m’s) to your liking

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients (excluding the chocolate candy), making a

well blended dough.

Roll the dough into 1-2 inch balls and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment

paper. Using the palm of your hand, gently press down on the dough to form it into a flat circle,

and then place your chocolates onto it.

Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes. Once the cookies are out of the oven, they may still be very

soft. The cookies will still slightly continue to cook through while resting, and after 10-20

minutes of cooling, they should become delicious halloween themed peanut butter cookies.
